Linking IRIS Payroll Business to My ePay Window

Looking for IRIS Payroll Bureau or IRIS Payroll for Accountants?

Once you have published to My ePay Window, you will no longer be able to publish to IRIS OpenPayslips. Access will still be available and the data will be migrated from IRIS OpenPayslips.

Before you can Link IRIS Payroll Business to My ePay Window, the Payroll Administrator account is required.

  1. Open IRIS Payroll Business and select the company.

    You will need to link each company separately.

  2. Select the Company tab from the menu.

  3. Select Company Details.

  4. Select Open ID's.

  5. From the My ePay Window section, select Use myePayWindow.

     
  6. Select OK.

Every company needs to have a Payroll Department User. This is in effect the ‘admin user’, who has full access and can view all payroll companies, as well as configuring privileges to suit all other users. Once you have created the Payroll Department user you can publish from payroll.

On the initial attempt to Publish only, you are required to enter your My ePay Window Payroll Department credentials, Username and Password.

You can also enter your Login Details for My ePay Window in Admin, under File| Online Login Details | myePayWindow. They will be used for all companies published from your payroll account, and will avoid the need to enter details for each company (as above).

Once complete, we can publish Payslips, P50's, P45's and Pension Letters.
