Client install
You must run Client Install on every computer you wish to run IRIS Earnie IQ.
To install IRIS Earnie IQ Client:

Log into the PC where the IRIS Earnie IQ client program is installed.
Remember to log in as a user with administrator rights to that machine.
2. Download and run the Client Install Only installer.
3. Select ‘Install Products’ and then ‘Payroll Client’.
4. Progress through the screens accepting licence terms etc. A pop-up message displays asking you to choose a location to store the IRIS Earnie IQ programs. We recommend you accept the suggested directory of C:\Program Files\Intex Software\Earnie IQ
5. Once you have chosen the location, you must choose they type of installation. Select ‘Typical’.
6. Enter the name of the SQL server that contains the IRIS Earnie IQdatabases.
7. Enter the locations of your report files, output files and clock-in files.
Do NOT accept the suggested locations unless you are sure that they are correct. These directories are normally somewhere on your network.
8. Finally, confirm the details before the update proceeds to its conclusion.
9. Once all files have copied over to the computer, a screen opens asking whether you want to reboot your machine.
We recommend rebooting your machine before attempting to run the product.
