Enhancements
We have updated the system with the new National Insurance Contribution rates which are effective from 6 November 2022. This follows the Government's decision to reverse the 1.25% Health and Social Care Levy added to National Insurance Contributions for the 2022/2023 tax year. For more information, refer to our Legislation site.
You can change the NI Saving rate to 13.8% for employees or 14.53% for directors, if required.
Employee Verification Connector
We have integrated an Employee Verification Connector into IRIS Earnie as part of our partnership with Experian.
My ePay Window
Help Centre
Our new My ePay Window Help Centre contains guidance on how to set up an account, publish payslips, P60s, and other documents electronically from Earnie to My ePay Window’s secure online portal.
Holiday Type
We have resolved an issue found when publishing to My ePay Window and the incorrect holiday type displayed.
On Pension > Auto Enrolment Configuration Tool > 3. Contact details of the pension administrator at your company and Pension > Configure Auto Enrolment > Pensions, we have renamed the Link to OpenEnrol indicator to Link to My ePay Window.
On the Company menu, you must first select Use myePayWindow for the indicator to display.
My ePay Window Login
On the Pension menu, we have added a My ePay Window Login item.
Republishing Pension Communications
We have resolved an OpenEnrol error found when selecting the Republish selected pension communications indicator and attempting to publish to My ePay Window.
