You can opt your payroll companies in or out of the Employee verification connector process.

If you choose to opt out an employer, the data is deleted from the platform and the online verification cannot be used.
If an employer chooses to opt a company from Work Report™, during an application process the employee is required to provide their data to the financial service provider using other methods.

Log into Admin

Go to the Employee Verification menu.

Select Opt Out to remove a company from the Employee Verification.

A pop-up window opens asking you to confirm you want to opt-out the company:

After processing, a confirmation pop-up displays:

The Status on the Management Dashboard then shows as Opted Out.

If the employer later decides to Opt back in, you can select Opt In which generates this message:
