You can opt your payroll companies in or out of the Employee verification connector process.

If you choose to opt out an employer, the data is deleted from the platform and the online verification cannot be used.

If an employer chooses to opt a company from Work Report™, during an application process the employee is required to provide their data to the financial service provider using other methods.

1. Log into IRIS 12Pay and open the required company.

2. Go to the Employer menu and select Publish.

3. Remove the check from EVC Opted-In.

   
   

4. Select Save.

 

To opt a company back in:

1. Log into IRIS 12Pay and open the required company.

2. Go to the Employer menu and select Publish.

3. Select EVC Opted-In.

4. Select Save.
