Sign up to IRIS Identity

It's easy to sign up to IRIS Identity for safe, secure single sign-on (SSO) to multiple IRIS Cloud products. To create your IRIS Identity account, you need a username, a valid email address, and a password, with an optional password recovery question and answer.

The format of the username associated with the email address must be in the format of first_name last_name. For security purposes, single word usernames, such as, Office, Reception, and so on, are not allowed.

There are a number of ways you can start using IRIS Identity:

  • Create an account via the sign-up process of one of our supported IRIS Cloud products
  • If someone else in your organisation has already signed up on your company’s behalf, accept the invitation from them

Once you’ve created an account with an IRIS product, if you sign-up for another supported product, IRIS Identity recognises that you already have an account. If you have an account but don't remember signing up, your account may have been migrated from another IRIS Cloud product.

You can add multi-factor authentication via the account management screen in one of our supported cloud applications. IRIS supports authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator and Okta Verify, email verification, and secure hardware keys such as Yubikey.

Text message (SMS) verification is not supported.
