Edit your dashboard

Depending on your set up, the view you have from your dashboard can be configured so that you see things that are more relevant to you. The different widgets that you can see will populate with various elements of data and the views within some of these widgets can be configured further.

If you do not have permission to edit your dashboard, speak to your main system contact

  1. Select Edit Dashboard, then select the widgets you want to include. If you want to edit the dashboard for a specific user or user group, select them from the list.

    Some of the widgets that are available are dependent on the modules you have in your system e.g. Agencies.

    Summary is the standard view displayed when there are no other widgets.

  2. The Dashboard Layout updates to reflect your selections. From here, you can:

    • Select Full Width to make the widget fill the width of the dashboard.

    • Drag and drop the widgets into the order you want them.

    • Select Save.

  3. Select OK.

Configure widgets

It's possible to configure some of the widgets to choose what is displayed in them.

  1. Select Configure.

    • To include data in the view, drag the content from the left list to the right list.

    • To remove data in the view, drag the content from the right list to the left list.

      To reorder the data in the view, drag it up and down the right list (top is the 1st column on left, bottom of the list is the last column on the right).

    • To decide how many records must be displayed, edit the number at the bottom.

  2. Select Save after making the changes.
