Configure P60 Email

You notify employees when their P60 has been synchronised to their HR > P60 screen.

To configure these settings:

  1. Go to Payroll > Integration > P60s integration area.

  2. Select Configuration > Update.

  3. Select P60 Email Notification .

  4. Select Use Work Email.

  5. If the employee does not have a work email address you need to ensure that the Use Home Email where no Work Email is also selected

  6. To configure the P60 Email Design, select P60 Email Design to change the settings.

  7. Once you are happy with the email design, select Save.
