Record course workflows

The Workflow tab is used to record any workflows linked to the course, triggered when the course is scheduled, modified or cancelled, or when course delegates are confirmed. You first need to create the workflows and save them in the Training section of the Process Catalogue.

  1. Go to Training, then select Courses from the Maintenance section. A list of existing training courses is shown.

  2. Select the required course then select the Workflow tab.

  3. Select the Workflow tab then select Update.

  4. For each trigger event that you want to associate with a workflow process, select the appropriate process from the list, using this table as a guide.
