Make an employee a leaver

Find the employee

When making an employee a leaver, you first need to find the individual. This is done in two ways:

  • If you have the option, select All Employees I Can Access from the Show section then select the required employee name. Once open, select Leaver from the list at the beginning of the record.

  • Enter the required employee name in the Search box then select Leaver from the list at the beginning of the record.

Make an employee a leaver

  1. From the Leaver page, select Update Record.

  2. The Left Date used to determine the employee status. Select the day after the employee's last contracted working day.

  3. Complete any other fields as necessary then select Save.

    You can update the reasons available in the Leaver Reason field by updating the LEAVER REASON system list.

  4. The Leaver Dependency Check screen is displayed where various information and actions can be completed.
