Globally reassign bank holidays

  1. Go to Admin.

  2. From Application Data, select Attendance and Calendars.

  3. Select Bank Holidays.

  4. Select Global Reassign Bank Holidays.

  5. Select the required Employee Group from the list (either a currently active group, or one you've previously saved).
  6. Select the Bank Holidays location from the list.
  7. Choose Update Current Job Record or Add New Job Record.
  8. The Start Date is the date the bank holidays will be applied to the selected employees. Change it here if you need to.
  9. Choose whether to Hide Unchanged Records.
  10. Select Preview.

  1. Make sure you're happy with the changes then select Update Bank Holidays.
