Managing holiday requests

When a member of your team requests a holiday:

  • You will receive an email.

  • You will see a Requests to Authorise entry in the My Request Summary section of your dashboard.

Approve or reject a holiday request

  1. Go to the Requests Console screen in one of the following ways:

    • In the My Request Summary section of the dashboard, select Go to Requests.

    • In the navigation menu, go to Home > My Requests.

  2. Select the My Requests (For Approval) tab. You will see a list of any requests your team members have made (holidays, training etc).

  3. To view details of a request and any clashes with other team holidays, select Show beside the entry for the request.

  4. At the bottom of the screen, select Accept Request or Reject Request.

  5. Select OK to confirm.

  6. If you want to add extra information to explain your decision, enter it in the comments box.

  7. Select Continue.
