Using Roles

The Roles screen shows which role have been assigned to a users account. A user can have multiple roles.

A role can determine access within IRIS Cascade and also group names of employees.

Option	Detail
Role	Displays the name of the role.
Fixed	Displays if the role is Fixed or User Defined. Fixed means the role cannot have any options disabled. At present, only the System Administrator role is fixed.
Description	Displays any description added to the role.
Updated	Displays the date of the last change to the role.
