Using Absence (OSP Summary)
The Absence (OSP Summary) screen reports on data from sickness records. OSP stands for Occupational Sick Pay.

| Start Date | Displays the start date of the absence. |
| End Date | Displays the end date of the absence. |
| Absence Duration | Displays the total duration of the absence. This data is displayed as text. |
| Category | Displays the absence category from the absence record. |
| Type | Displays the absence type from the absence record. |
| Rate | Displays the sick pay rate. |
| Days Remaining Before | Displays the total days remaining before the Days Used are taken into account. |
| Days Used | Displays the days used in the absence. |
| Days Remaining After | Displays the total days remaining after the Days Used are taken into account. |
| Scheme Name | Displays the name of the sick pay scheme. |
| Scheme Days | Displays the number of days in the scheme assigned to the employee. |
| Absence Duration Minutes (fx) | Displays the total duration of the absence in a numeric format. |
| Absence Duration Days (fx) | Displays the total duration of the absence in a numeric format. |
