Standard office reports
There are a number of standard office reports available in IRIS Cascade.
These can be found in HR > Reports and Analysis > Enhanced Office Reports.
| Report | Function |
| Average Salary Report | Analyses average salary level by age band, gender, and job title, and gives the staffing level at a specific point in time. |
| Bradford Factor |
Groups employees by number of absence periods, and into Bradford Factor bands. Uses the Base Bradford Factor Data standard query. |
| Employee Age Profile | Analyses employee age data and gives an employee count for each age band. |
| Employees by Job Classification | Analyses job classification data in Job & Salary and gives an employee count for each job classification. |
| Employees by Employment Type | Analyses contract data and gives an employee count for each employment type. |
| Employees by Ethnic Origin | Analyses ethnicity data and gives an employee count, and a percentage of the total workforce, for each ethnicity. |
| Employees by Gender | Analyses gender data at company level and hierarchy level, and gives an employee count for each gender. |
| Employees by Length of Service | Analyses length of service data at company level and hierarchy level. Groups employees by length of service and gives an employee count for each length of service band and gender. |
| Ethnicity Monitoring | Analyses ethnicity data and gives an employee count, and a percentage of the total workforce by hierarchy, for each ethnicity. |
| Gender Monitoring | Analyses gender balance in terms of age group, length of service etc. |
| Employee Movements | Shows employees who have changed either their location in the hierarchy, their job title, or their line manager within a given date range. |
| Staff Turnover | Measures the turnover of staff over a given date range. |
| Starters and Leavers |
Lists all starters and leavers within a date range, by job title, at company level and at hierarchy level. Uses the Base Starter Data and Base Leaver Data built in queries. |
| Leavers Analysis |
Analyses leavers over time. Uses the Base Leaver Data standard query. |
| Establishment Report | Analyses data from the IRIS Cascade posts database in terms of hierarchy, vacant posts, and total F.T.E in posts. |
| Gender Pay Gap | Gives a breakdown of pay and bonus by quartiles, mean, and median values. |
