Using Hierarchy Access

The Hierarchy Access screen allows you to see which parts of the hierarchy a user has access to. This is set against a users login account on the Hierarchy tab.

Option Detail
Full Hierarchy

Displays the full hierarchy as seen on the Job & Salary record.

 

Hierarchy Level 1 > Hierarchy Level 2 > Hierarchy Level 3 > Hierarchy Level 4 > Hierarchy Level 5.

Last Node

Displays the last node of each part of the hierarchy.

Hierarchy Level 1 - 10

Displays the node name at each of the specified levels.

 

As a standard, IRIS Cascade can have five levels visible on the Job & Salary screen. These first five fields can be seen in Screen Designer and added to the screen, if needed.

 

If you need to see more levels (6 - 10) you can add them in Screen Designer > Tables and Fields > Modify Existing Screen / Add and Remove Fields.

Scroll down the list to locate the fields and select Add to Screen.
