Using Group Timesheet Data

 

The Group Timesheet Data screen allows you to report on the data in Group Timesheets module.

Option	Detail
Authorised	Displays Yes or No.
Authoriser	Displays the name and id number of the employee who authorised the timesheet.
Authorised Date	Displays the date the authoriser authorised the timesheet.
Locked	Displays Yes or No.
Date fx	Displays the date for the timesheet data.
Description fx	Displays the name of the category for each day.
Duration fx	Displays the duration in hours for each day.
Employee Name fx	Displays the name of the employee.
Location fx	Displays the Location set against the employee on their current active Job & Salary record.
Week Name fx	Displays the week name for each day in the timesheet.
