Publishing an export template
When you create an export template, by default, it is only available to the user who created it. If you wish to share this template so that all users with permission to run export templates, then we need to Publish the template.

Select 3rd Party Interface Manager from the main navigation menu.

From the Action column, select Publish next to the template you want to make available.
If you wish to set this template so that only you can use it, then follow the steps above but select Unpublish in the action’s column.
