View email queue

The email queue screen displays the emails that have or are scheduled to leave IRIS Cascade. It can be accessed by going to Admin > Email Queue.

Access to the Email Queue is set by a role item in Admin > Users, Profiles and Roles. The System Administrator role has access by default. All other roles must be given access.

You can filter results by adjusting the date range and using the Summary options.

All items in this queue are deleted after 90 days.

Emails cannot be stopped from this screen. To request this please contact the IRIS Cascade service desk.
