Skills and competencies in Skills Matching

If you want to compare your employees’ skills and competencies with the skills and competencies required for posts in your organisation, go to HR > Reports and Analysis > Skills Matching.

You can perform the following types of search (selected at the top of the screen):

  • Ad-Hoc Skills - finds all employees who have a particular skill.
  • Post Skill Requirements - finds employees whose skills most closely match the skills required for a particular post.
  • Employee Skills - finds the posts that most closely match an individual employee’s skills.
