Skills and competencies in Recruitment

If you want to search for and compare the skills and competencies assigned to vacancies with applicants’ skills and competencies, go to Recruitment then selectTalent Pool from the Advanced section.

You can perform the following types of search (selected from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen):

• Talent Pool Applicant Search - finds suitable applicants for vacant posts, based on their skills and competencies (or conversely, to find other vacancies that applicants may be suitable for). This search will only work if applicants have answered skills questions when applying for vacancies.
• Talent Pool Vacancy Search - compares an individual applicant’s skills to those required for current vacancies.

• CV/Attachment Search - finds appropriate attachments in Microsoft Word using keyword searches. You can use multiple keywords, but this may affect the search results
