Skills and competencies in Online Recruitment

Any skills and competencies that you add to posts are reflected in the Online Recruitment module:

• If you assign skills and competencies to posts, they are classed as Post Level questions, and as Vacancy Level questions when you add vacancies for those posts.
• If you assign skills and competencies to posts and mark them as essential, applicants who do not have the skills at the appropriate level can’t proceed with applications for those posts.
