About Document Maintenance
You can use document templates in either the Core HR or Recruitment modules. Document Maintenance is the area of the system where you can:

Upload and store documents created outside IRIS Cascade (for example, in Microsoft Word) as standalone files.

Create document templates, and then use these templates for mail merges.
To view a catalogue of existing documents, go to Admin then select Document Maintenance.
The Documents Catalogue shows a list of categories, together with a breakdown of the documents within each category. Select a category to view the associated documents.
