Add new entitlement years

  1. Go to Admin.

  2. From Application Data, select Attendance and Calendars.
  3. Select Entitlement Year, then scroll to the end of the list and select Add Entitlement Year.

  4. Enter an Entitlement Year name. This is mandatory and can't be changed, so make sure you don't include a specific year.
  5. Enter the Year.
  6. Enter the Start Date and End Date, then select Save.

    At this point, we recommend you add the next few years - select Add Next Year next to the newly created entitlement year. The system automatically moves the dates forward.
