HR

Enhancements

  • Change Lab: Outstanding requests move to the new line manager (Works For) when changed. For more information, see Dynamic requests .

  • Workflow: Wording changed to remove reference to Group on Type of Owner option on tasks.

  • Workflow: Schedule trigger event field is not dynamic and shows the full name of the group used.

  • Admin: Scheduled imports mapping pop-up layout improved.

Fixes

  • New UI: Header bar issue fixed for installed IRIS Cascade customers.

  • New starter wizard: Issue fixed regarding fields with more than 20 characters.

  • MyCascade: Attendance requests not showing duration when viewed in IRIS Cascade.

  • Workflow: Duplicate tasks appearing when two roles with the same name are being used in HR and Payroll.

  • PWA install: Icon was appearing when in IRIS Cascade HR. This icon will not be shown.

  • Overnight housekeeping: Jobs were failing due to non-standard characters.


Payroll

Enhancements

  • Pension Integration: Added the ability to integrate the Pension Left and Join dates to the Payroll > Integration > Pension > Configure Pension Mapping area.

Fixes

  • Gross Pay Analysis: Fixed an issue resulting in incorrect NIC compensation displaying when the report was run over a period range.

  • Calculate Messages: Fixed an issue with Unable to Calculate Net to Gross incorrectly displaying in some scenarios.

  • P60: Display-only issue has been fixed.


Stability and Infrastructure

  • We've added enhancements to reduce time for user pages and screens to load, to generate HR and Payroll reports, and faster log in to the system.

  • We've changed our system-wide processes for Payroll Task Runner and Overnight House Keeping / Scheduler to improve their scale, speed and resilience.
