Hotfixes - August 2022

We released a few updates to resolve issues found in the August 2022 release.

Resolved issues - August 10 update

This hotfix resolved the following issue.

Pop-up to confirm deletion of employee

When searching employee records, an unrelated pop-up may appear requesting you to delete the user. This pop up can be ignored. Select Cancel to remove it. Clearing cache and cookies also resolves this issue.

Resolved issues - August 8 update

This hotfix resolved the following issues.

Group timesheets

Data that is entered into Group Timesheets is not saving. The data should now start saving again.

Document merge templates

When you go to the Documents screen, you can select Document merge for any user. On the Document merge screen, the Template drop-down is blank. The drop-down should now appear with options.

Expense claims

Some users are unable to update an expense record request. This is because there are no boxes appearing insert mileage or other details after the 1st page details. The boxes should now be appearing.

Outstanding Known Issues

The following issues will be resolved in a later release.

  • Enhanced Dashboard: The headers on the charts are no longer blue. They have defaulted back to grey.

  • New Starter Wizard: If a slash has been added to the Start Date in Wizard Configuration, it is causing a validation issue.

  • Overbooked Holiday Entitlement Error Message: Error message appears even though the employee has enough entitlement available. Clearing cache and cookies resolves this issue.

  • Entitlement year: When you update an open entitlement year on an employee’s record, the start date is changed and now appears at the bottom of the list.
