Need support?

If you can't find what you're looking for in the Help Centre, contact us using our IRIS Support community. From there, you can search for information via Self Help, raise a support case, or chat with an expert.

If you're the administrator for your IRIS Elements account (that is, you're the first person who signed up for the trial), you'll also be the administrator for your IRIS Support Community account so look out for the email invitation to the community. As the community administrator, you can invite an additional colleague to the community so make sure you log in and take a look around.

If you're not the administrator for your IRIS Elements account, please ask your administrator to get you added.
