Yes. The person who initially signed up for an IRIS Elements account is assigned as the IRIS Service Community administrator. They can create an account for one other person in your organisation.
Ask your assigned IRIS Service Community administrator to create an account for you. If you don't know who this is, we can tell you. Send an email to iriscommunityaccess@iris.co.uk.

Log into the IRIS Service Community (opens in a new tab) using your IRIS Service Community username and password.
If you can remember your username, but not your password, on the login screen, select Forgot Your password. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If you can't remember your username, send an email to iriscommunityaccess@iris.co.uk with your details and we'll send a reminder.
