If you can't find the information you need in our Help Centre, or need any extra support, please contact us using the IRIS Support community. From there, you can raise a support case, search for information via the Self Help or chat with an expert.
If you're the Administrator for your IRIS Elements account, you will also be the Administrator for your IRIS Support Community account. You will have received an invite to the community immediately after signing up to IRIS Elements. As the community administrator, you can invite an additional colleague to the community.
If you're not the Administrator for your IRIS Elements account, please contact them to add you as a user.
