Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is an administration tool that provides central access to various sections of the IRIS Reach system, displays important information and messages about the system, contact information, and a summary of student data.

Your organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software. name is displayed at the top of the Dashboard page.

Student Data Summary

The Student Data Summary displays an overview of the data held in your Management Information System (MIS) that has been imported in IRIS Reach.

Data with issues are displayed with red exclamation therefore require attention. Items with green tick icons identify healthy data. The number of records is displayed for each item. Numbers shown in blue are hyperlinks, which when selected, display more detail.

The panel includes the following information:

Last Data Import — displays the last date when data was imported from your MIS. As this runs daily, if this date does not show the previous day's date, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required).

Total Students — displays the total number of students imported from your MIS.

With priority 1 contacts — displays the total number of students imported from your MIS who have a recorded priority 1 contact.

If the number displayed is lower than expected, you need to review students Without a priority 1 contact.

Without a priority 1 contact — displays the total number of students imported from your MIS without a priority 1 contact. Select the number to display the Data Management - No Priority 1 Contacts page listing the students whose data requires updating. With invalid numbers — displays the total number of students with a person A parent, legal guardian, carer, or someone responsible for a student. who does not have a valid telephone number. Select the number to display the Data Management - Invalid Numbers page listing the contacts whose numbers require updating. For more information, go to Deal with Invalid Contact Details.

Without a contact number — displays the total number of students with a contact who has no recorded telephone number. Select the number to display the Data Management - No Contact Numbers page listing the contacts whose data requires updating. For more information, go to Deal with Missing Contact Details.

Without a mobile number — displays the total number of students with a person who has no recorded mobile number. Select the number to display the Data Management - No Mobile Number page listing the contacts whose data requires updating. Without a landline number — displays the total number of students with a person who has no recorded landline number. Select the number to display the Data Management - No Landline page listing the contacts whose data requires updating. Without an email — displays the total number of students with a person who has no recorded email address. Select the number to display the Data Management - No Email page listing the contacts whose data requires updating. For more information, go to Deal with Missing Contact Details.

Without a postal address — displays the total number of students with a person who has no recorded address. Select the number to display the Data Management - No Address page listing the contacts whose data requires updating. For more information, go to Deal with Missing Contact Details.

Has contacts with / without MyEd Name of the application parents and carers use to receive messages sent by schools using IRIS Reach. — displays the total number of students with a person who have / have not downloaded the MyEd app. Select the applicable hyperlink to display the Data Management - Students with MyEd or Data Management - Students without MyEd page listing the students affected. Data Summary Doughnut Chart — displays an overview of the summary data with traffic light colours used to indicate areas that require attention. Hover over each section, to change the detail in the centre of the doughnut. The sections include: Complete Information, Incomplete Information, and No Priority 1 Contacts.

Campaign Board

The Campaign Board is used by IRIS Reach to display important messages or information about the system, processes, and tasks you might need to complete.
