IRIS Absence Call An automated call made to parents and carers of selected students when they are absent. is an additional module for IRIS Reach, designed to support your organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software. to make contact with parents and carers of absent students.

Using attendance data imported from your Management Information System (MIS), you can send absence alerts to notify parents and carers of the absence and ask them to provide a reason. Responses from and to parents and carers are managed in IRIS Reach.
