Change Management Information System (MIS)

If you have changed your Management Information System (MIS) provider, you must log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required) to contact our Support Team with the details, so they can reset the IDs and complete data checks, before you import data from a new MIS into IRIS ParentMail.

You must not attempt to import data in IRIS ParentMail after changing MIS provider without contacting our Support Team first.

The IDs stored in IRIS ParentMail were generated from your previous MIS. If you change MIS and import data into IRIS ParentMail without contacting our Support Team first, then all users in IRIS ParentMail could be duplicated, which can cause issues if you are using certain features.
