Assign User Types

You can assign more than one user type to user . For example, if a person responsible for a student is a member of staff.

  1. Go to Users > List.
  2. Select the required user, then next to Add User Type, select the Add (+) icon.

    If the User Types section is not displayed, select Show. To delete an existing user type, select the Delete (bin) icon next to the user type.

  3. Select A User Type from the drop-down list, then select Save.

    If the required user type is not displayed, you can create a user type.
