Activate MIS Integration Permissions

You need to make sure the correct permissions have been assigned to allow you to install the MIS Link. Typically these permissions are applied to the person at your organisation who is the IRIS ParentMailadministrator.

  1. Select Users > List.
  2. Find the user, select Actions, then select Permissions.
  3. The Edit Users Permissions window is displayed. Select Show for Manage Settings. Select Grant next to MIS Integration, then select Save.

    The user needs to refresh or log out and log in again to their IRIS ParentMail account for the permissions to be applied.
