Remove Allergens from Week Menus
If allergens assigned to menu options are wrong, the ingredients have been changed, or they were added in error, the allergen can be removed from the template.
- Select the required day to remove the menu option's allergens. If the menu option is available for all days, allergen information must be removed on each day.
- For the required option, select Allergens.
- Clear the allergen types no longer required.
- Select Save.
- Select Next Day to move through and remove allergens from menu options for all the required days of the template.
- When you have removed allergens for the all the required menu options, select Save Template.
