Reminders to Book Clubs or Order Meals

Each week of a register schedule includes details of how many club bookings or meal orders have been made.

For parents, carers, or staff members that have not booked any clubs or ordered any meals, send reminders in addition to any purchase window closes reminders already being sent.

  1. For the required register, select Actions, then Schedule.
  2. For the required week, select Stats.
  3. To send a reminder to everyone who has not booked or ordered, select Send Booking Reminders.

    Reminders are only sent to parents, carers, and staff members who have an email address entered in IRIS ParentMail. To remind those who don't have an email address, contact them using another method, for example, paper copies.
