PayPoint Barcodes for Register Payments

For parents, carers, or staff members who want to pay cash for attendance, club sessions, or menu choices, a PayPoint barcode must be emailed.

Cash payments can only be made for registers set up to allow prepayments.

  1. Filter the details for the required register.
  2. Select the students or staff members that need a barcode.
  3. Select Resend Barcodes.
  4. Confirm you want to send the barcode emails.

    If the parent, carer, or staff member does not have an email address, you must print a copy of the barcode to send to them using an alternative method.
