The following updates were made to IRIS ParentMail during May 2023:
General Fixes and Updates
- Form details displayed correctly when previewed as a paper copy (select Preview Paper Copy)
- Improved error logging to capture more information
Registers
- Register Selection Report now displays the session choices booked by parents and carers
- Students who have been removed from a register no longer display on theRegister Attendance Report if run for dates they were not marked as attending
- Existing selections are no longer cleared if all students are selected when taking a Menu register
IRIS PlusPay
- Resolved issues with downloading PDF copies of IRIS PlusPay reports
- Resolved issues with Parental Consent Required ordered items not displaying in Order History
- When selecting a student, viewing orders for items now correctly displays payment history
- References to PSF have been updated toIRIS Financials
- IRIS Financials Manual Reconciliation Report and IRIS Financials Synced Transactions report now display correct date and time for each transaction
Parents and Carers IRIS ParentMail Accounts
- Parents and carers no longer receive errors when verifying changes to their personal details
