Update — 8th December 2021

IRIS ParentMail update available from 8th December 2021. This release includes the following software enhancements and fixes for known issues:

Fixes and Updates

  • Support session codes are now valid for up to 24 hours after the request was initially made

  • Items sent up to 7 days are now displayed if the person registers after you have already sent messages, forms, or invites to them

    Forms become inactive if the date by which it had to be completed has past but can still be viewed by the person to which it was sent

  • Links to IRIS ParentMail social media profiles have been updated

  • Payments information for register selections are now displaying correctly. If a payment fails, a message is sent to the person responsible for the student
