Edit Parents' Evening Events

When you have created an event it can be edited until invites are sent and the status is Accepting Bookings. If invites have been sent, the details that can be changed depend on the event status.

If you cannot change the details you want, cancel the event, then create a new event.

  • Session times
  • Appointment types
  • Bookings close date
  • Send reminder options
  • Import teacher and student data
  • Substitute staff members
  • Staff member appointment times
Accepting Bookings
  • Substitute staff members
  • Staff member appointment times

To make the above edits, you must do this through the Modify Teacher Availability option.

Bookings Closed, Completed None
  1. Find the required parents' evening event.
  2. Select the required event, then Actions.
  3. Select Edit Evening.
  4. Change the required details.

  5. Save the changes.
