Get Video Appointments for Parents' Evening Manager
Video appointments are only available as an appointment type when setting up parents' evenings if your organisation has activated the feature.

To activate video appointments:
- Go to Parents Evening, then select Video Appointments.
- To agree to the terms and conditions and start using video appointments, select Activate.
After agreeing to the terms and conditions, video appointments cannot be deactivated. To set which staff members can access and use video appointments, manage their permissions.
