The IRIS ParentMail app allows your organisation's contacts to access messages and information in one place, therefore benefitting from substantial cost savings by sending instant notifications rather than using credits to send text messages. When registered for an account, contacts can:

  • Receive messages and notifications instantly
  • View all communications in a single mailbox
  • Complete forms, surveys, and provide consent
  • Make online payments, top-up school meal account, or receive reminders and alerts about balances
  • Book appointments for parents' evenings
  • Record and provide reasons for student absences

Parents and carers can unsubscribe from, or delete their IRIS ParentMail account at any time.

The app is free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
