Welcome to Forms, designed to help send and collect responses from surveys, questionnaires, or polls.
Let us help you get the most out of the Forms module:
- Create a form to send immediately or a template to use in future.
- Choose the form options, including:
- Who to send the form to
- How many replies can be submitted
- The date replies need to be sent in by
- Whether to send reminders to complete the form
- Send the form.

Did you know?
If the person you are sending a form to does not have an IRIS ParentMail account, you can print a copy or complete the form on the recipients behalf.
