Add Links or Attachments to Forms
In forms, it is not possible to include:
- Hyperlinks to websites or payment options
- Attached documents, such as PDFs or scanned copies of leaflets
If you want to include details of a website, copy and paste it in a Paragraph section. You must make recipients aware that to access it they have to copy and paste it into their internet browser.

Before sending the form, you can send an email or text message to recipients making them aware you are sending a form and include any attachments or links relating to the form.
