Managing Events and Meetings

Created events and meetings are found under Events > List — those for the current month are displayed by default.

Change the Month and Year to find a specific event, or use the Search facility.

Editing Events and Meetings

To edit the event, go to Actions > Edit from the drop-down menu.

Note that you can only edit the following details:

  • Event Name
  • Location
  • Notes
  • Places Available
  • Whether and when to Send Automatic Reminders
