Cancelling Events or Meetings

If an event or meeting is cancelled, all recipients are notified. To cancel an event, do the following:

  1. Go to Events > List.
  2. Use Search to locate the required event.
  3. Select Actions > Delete.

    If the event is a one-off event (that is, not set to repeat), the number of attendees who were invited and therefore receive the cancellation notice are shown. Confirm the deletion.

    If the event repeats, choose whether to delete Just this one, All Future Events, or All Events. All attendees are notified of the cancellation type.
