Deleting Email Attachments

If an email has been sent with the wrong attachment, you cannot recall the email. If the recipient has already downloaded the attachment, it cannot be deleted. You must contact the user and request they delete or ignore the attachment.

You can only delete the attachment(s) from the archived email and IRIS ParentMail. Do the following:

  1. Go to Email > Sent.
  2. Select the email which has the attachment.
  3. Select Delete for the required attachment.
