Dashboard Overview
The IRIS ParentMail Overview is a dashboard that provides an overview of your system. From here you can:
- Manage your account and connections
- Access modules and applications to manage your organisation's system
- View important messages and updates from IRIS ParentMail
- View enabled applications
- View the statistics of parents and guardians using IRIS ParentMail
Your school logo, name and academic savings are displayed in the top-left of the Overview screen. Select View More to generate a Money Saved report.
If your IRIS ParentMail accounts allows you to access other IRIS ParentMail organisations, use Connections at the top to switch between accounts.
Use Account to manage your account details, notifications, and security settings.
Menu Options
The left-hand menu provides access to different functions, applications, and settings for your organisation's version of IRIS ParentMail.
If you are unable to see a specific option in the menu, contact the person with your organisation who administers your system.
Message of the Day
IRIS ParentMail uses Message of the Day to communicate important information, news, updates, and messages for your organisation, for example, release notes or recommended processes that need to be carried out by a certain date.
Your Applications
From here, you can view IRIS ParentMail applications that your organisation has purchased and turned on. Select 
under Video to watch a demonstration of the application.
If an application is not in use, select 
under Enquireto request more information.
Select View More to generate a PMX Application Usage report.
Your Alerts
Your Alerts displays warnings, updates, and important processes you need to complete.
Your Stats
Your Stats displays the percentages of person's registered with and using certain IRIS ParentMail features for your organisation. Statistics are updated every 24 hours.
Families are defined as a child with a minimum of one parent or carer, where:
- % of families receive SMS (text messages) — At least one parent or carer per family holds a mobile number on IRIS ParentMail
- % of families receive Emails — At least one parent or carer per family holds an email address on IRIS ParentMail
- % of families have an Account — At least one parent or carer per family has registered and created an account for IRIS ParentMail
- % of families are using the Mobile App — At least one parent or carer per family has installed the IRIS ParentMail app
- % of payments uptake — This is based on payments made per student in the last 90 days
Select Improve your Stats to view tips about improving the number of families interacting with your organisation.
