You can monitor what users have done in IRIS Looked After Call using the Audit Trail, and how many times they have visited areas of the system using the Usage Stats.

Go to Settings > Audit Trail or Settings > Usage Stats.

Filter the results as required. .
You can export the details as a CSV file for the Audit Trail. Select Export, enter an Export password, Confirm the terms and conditions, then select Export. The password must be entered to open the file when it has been downloaded.
