Change your Password

Designated Teacher LA User LA Super User Social Worker

1. If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, on the IRIS Looked After Call log in screen, select Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your Email, then select Send email.

3. An email is automatically sent with a verification code.

   The verification code to reset your password is only valid for 1 hour.

4. Enter the Verification Code and a a password in New password, then select Reset password.
