New Features
Carriage Charges
Carriage charges on uploaded invoices are now recorded in IRIS Invoice Matcher.
IRIS Invoice Matcher must be configured to create the Carriage settings for IIM ledger, before carriage charges can be written back to the required accounts in IRIS Financials or IRIS Financials, .
IRIS Invoice Matcher is automatically set to post invoice lines with carriage charges to the first ledger with an account linked to the invoice. Carriage charges can only be posted to a specific ledger if the carriage account location is changed to DATABASE. To change the carriage account location, contact our Support Team.
Support for Multiple Databases
IRIS Invoice Matcher can now run against more than one live database on a single machine.
To use IRIS Invoice Matcher with multiple databases, administrator and customer accounts must be registered for each database using an alphabetical or numerical suffix.

Fixes and Updates
- Only invoices that have changed since the last check are reviewed when processing
- When installing IRIS Invoice Matcher, Workflow files are checked and, if found missing, installed
- Stock codes can now contain up to 30 characters
- If IRIS Invoice Matcheris set up to post invoices to the register automatically, issues with register posting settings not working correctly have been resolved
